Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We do not offer refunds for shipped orders. Exchanges can be made by mailing the item back or visiting our store.

Local customers can pick up orders at our Wyoming, MI location. Pickup is usually ready within 24 hours. Exchanges for pickup orders follow the same 14-day exchange window.
